A long term client, William Blair gave us a great opportunity to showcase all of our services in one place. Covering all aspects of office refurbishment including;
- Workplace audit and cost analysis
- Landlord approvals and risk assessment
- Concept boards, space planning and visualisation.
- Interior strip-out works.
- Partitioning, raised-floors and suspended ceilings.
- Mechanical, data and electrical distribution.
- Carpeting, wall-coverings and custom joinery works.
- Meeting room, dinning and office furniture.
The 12,000 sq/ft project was carried out in 3-phases, whilst the client was still in occupancy. Temporary partitioning ensured our works did not impact their day to day business, crucial for any company. Our 12-week planned schedule was completed on time and within the 'fixed fee' budget, all to a very high standard. Inclusive of some highly specialised works carried out in the boardrooms and open-plan areas.
