DTRE’s 11,000 sq. ft office space that met a stringent set of criteria for sustainability. The project took about 4.5 months to complete and the BREEAM accreditation was awarded a “very good” rating in August 2022. The project team had to fulfil a range of requirements in nine categories: management, health and wellbeing, energy, transport, water, materials, waste, pollution, and innovation. These included using energy-efficient light bulbs with motion sensors and controlling glare and light to create optimal working conditions for employees.

Global Tech and Media Company FF&E Project
When a leading global technology company chose a historic Hôtel Particulier in Paris’s 8th arrondissement as its new European headquarters, K2 Space was appointed as FF&E procurement partner. Working alongside a renowned French architect, the team curated furniture and finishes across 102,000 sq. ft. spanning London, Amsterdam, Paris, Vienna and Hamburg.
The programme required coordination with 32 different manufacturers, including Vitra lounge chairs and Orangebox tables, each selected for their craftsmanship, sustainability credentials, and ability to complement the building’s architectural character. Contemporary furniture choices created a dialogue between old and new, while a restrained aesthetic introduced calm modernity throughout. The full installation was completed within a focused four-week window, delivering a workspace that feels both timeless and modern.
Global Innovation Institute FF&E Project
K2 Space was appointed as lead designer and FF&E procurement partner for this global innovation institute across 25,000 sq. ft. in London and Oxford. From concept through to completion, the challenge was to reimagine a multi-floor environment that combined the sharp professionalism of a corporate HQ with the comfort and character of a hospitality space.
Every design decision was guided by the client’s ambition to create a workplace where innovation could thrive. The layout encouraged collision meetings and impromptu conversations, while a warm palette of natural materials — including pieces from Muuto, Naughtone and Arper — softened the corporate edges. Teapoints became design features in their own right, and the space was built of many subtle zones for collaboration, deep work and elegant executive offices.
A Dynamic New Workspace for Netflix
K2 Space collaborated with Netflix to create dynamic workspaces across 60,000 sq. ft. in Madrid, Paris and London. The project focused on furniture consultancy and FF&E procurement to create culturally relevant and visually appealing workspaces that catered to the client’s agile work practices.
Our furniture team worked closely with the client’s US and local teams to create a range of different workplace settings, including Framery privacy pods, teaming benches, collaboration areas, relax and refresh zones, Humanscale sit/stand desks, cinema viewing areas and editors’ suites. The end result is a series of inspirational offices that incorporate the brand’s identity and provide a visually dynamic environment for employees and visiting stakeholders.
